It is your responsibility to ensure functionality and compatibility for the goods purchased with your operating system. Goods are supplied on the basis that the Buyer is competent in installing them and wherever necessary carrying out diagnostic tests, however, we will be happy to attempt to help via e-mail with any problems encountered. · This item is brand new and comes with a full one year UK warranty. In the event of a warranty return, buyers are responsible for all handling & shipping costs on all the return items. Please remember to pack all assets properly and securely with copy of your invoice. Buyer is responsible for any damages or losses that incur in return shipping. If the item has been found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to the Buyer free of charge. · To avoid Delay No unauthorized returns will be accepted and copy of your Invoice must be sent with the item. · Accidental damage, consequential losses or damage through misuse is not covered under the warranty. · P&P costs are non-refundable for all non-defective products returned.
